In this hands-on workshop, students will learn how to work with stone right at their bench using simple tools and accessible techniques.

Through guided demonstrations, you’ll explore a range of diamond bits to carve, drill, texture, and reshape stones. You’ll also learn how to polish your carvings to a refined finish. In addition to these core skills, Ryan will share his unique methods for creating laminated stone pieces and applying delicate metal leaf accents—techniques that open up exciting new dimensions in design.

Whether you are new to stone or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a fresh, approachable way to integrate stone into your creative work.
