CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Take your fabrication skills to the next level by creating a beautiful hollow-form focal bead in sterling silver or mixed metals. In this class, you’ll learn how to form both halves of the bead, add texture or embellishments, achieve a precise fit, and solder everything together into a lightweight but eye-catching focal piece.

The best part? Your bead can be completely reversible! Create a different design, texture, or metal on each side for two totally different looks in one piece of jewelry. Flip it to match your mood, your outfit, or just because you can.

This class is a great introduction to hollow-form fabrication and will give you techniques you can use in future pendants, beads, and other dimensional jewelry. You’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind focal bead that’s ready to become the star of your next necklace or bracelet.
