Geometric Silver and Bronze Earrings, Sunday, Aug 16, 9:30-5pm

Come make a fun pair of geometric earrings using square sterling silver and bronze sheet. You’ll learn how to create a frame with square SS wire and incorporate it into a bronze shape of your choice. Soldering bronze and silver together can be tricky, but we’ll demonstrate how to be successful at it without melting everything into a puddle (cross my fingers).  I’ll show how to solder an ear post to the back of the ear piece. We’ll finish everything with a fiber polishing wheel and coat it with renaissance wax to keep the bronze from oxidizing. Some soldering experience required.
