Basket Setting

Create a prong-set faceted gemstone pendant in your own custom-made basket setting! In this class, you’ll build a crown-style pendant using only wire, learning how to construct a clean, strong setting from the ground up.

Working with a 10mm faceted CZ, we’ll cover how to cut and fit a proper seat, undercut prongs for a secure stone fit, and form clean beads or claws to finish your basket setting with confidence and precision.

If you’re ready to level up your stone setting skills, refine your control, and gain a deeper understanding of prong construction, this class is a great next step.
